1. 90% of our K-5 students will demonstrate proficient writing skills based upon grade level rubrics, CBM testing and our formative/summative benchmark data collection process.

2. 90% of our 2nd-5th grade students will show a years growth or be at the proficient level in both reading and math as shown on the ITBS.

3. Each staff member will submit a professional goal that aligns with our "Whatever It Takes" philosophy at Orange City Elementary.
