Alfredo Sauce
¼ c. green pepper and onion - chopped small (optional) ¼ c. margarine
½ tsp. minced garlic from jar
½ block cream cheese
1 c. skim milk
¾ c. mozzarella cheese
¼ c. parmesan cheese
Chopped fresh Spinach (optional) 2 c. Pasta of choice
Cook pasta according to directions. Put green pepper, onion, margarine, and garlic in skillet and sauté until tender before adding cream cheese. Melt cream cheese on medium-low heat until almost melted. Add milk and heat thoroughly. Remove from heat and stir in cheeses. (Cheeses don't need cooked...just melt) Add drained pasta to skillet and stir together. Add spinach last, just before serving for additional color.
