Apple Crisp
8 apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar, packed
½ c. margarine (cold or room temp)
Peel core and thinly slice apples. Mix sugar and cinnamon in bowl. Toss apples in cinnamon and sugar and place in 9x9 greased pan. In another bowl, mix oatmeal, flour, brown sugar, and margarine. Cut in margarine using pastry blender. Cover apples with this mixture. Be careful not to over mix.

Bake at 325 or 50-60 minutes.
