Chocolate Buttermilk Frosting
1 stick butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
3 Tbsp. cocoa
3-4 c. powdered sugar
Buttermilk (amount varies)
  1. Beat at medium high speed, softened butter, vanilla, almond extract, cocoa and 2 c. powdered sugar.
  2. Add dribble buttermilk while beating to get a creamy spreadable frosting.

*The amount of butter milk will vary. You just have to watch. Be careful to not get to much, you frosting will be runny.to little will make frosting too stiff to spread smooth.
