Five-Chip Cookies
½ c. margarine, softened at room temp.
½ c. creamy peanut butter
½ c. granulated sugar
⅓ c. brown sugar
1 egg
½ tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
1 c. flour
½ c. oats
⅓ c. of each: semi sweet chips, butterscotch chips, peanut butter chips, vanilla chips, milk chocolate chips (1 ⅔ c. total)
Cream margarine till soft and smooth, add peanut butter and cream again until well mixed. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla. Mix until well blended. Add baking soda and salt and mix until well blended. Add flour and mix just until mixed in. Add oats and chips; stirring until evenly distributed.

Yield: 2 1/2 dozen
