Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
2 pints of ½ and ½
Whole milk
  1. Beat eggs and sugar in blender on high
  2. Add vanilla, salt, and cream. Blend.
  3. Put in ice cream freezer.
  4. Fill the freezer with whole milk and stir.
  5. Cover with lid and pour ice over the top.
  6. Sprinkle with Rock salt.
  7. Plug in freezer.


Allow ice cream to ripen (rest) for 4 hours for best flavor.
