Italian Meatballs
1 lb ground beef
¼ c. fine dry bread crumbs
½ tsp. dried basil
1 egg
4 t. water
1 lb Italian sausage
¼ tsp. minced garlic
¼ c. finely chopped onion
¼ c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
⅛ tsp black pepper
In a mixer, combine all ingredients. Blend well. Roll in 1 ½ inch balls. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes.
