Oriental Fried Rice
1 Tbs. oil
1 egg - beaten
3 Tbs. finely chopped green onion
3 Tbs. finely chopped green pepper
3 Tbs. finely chopped celery
3 oz. canned bean sprouts
½ - 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
2 Tbs. Soy sauce
1½ tsp. Chicken Bouillon granules

2 cups cooked rice (prepare first according to directions)
1-2 T. water if needed to help mix vegetables and rice together
  1. Prepare rice according to package directions
  2. Heat in a large fry pan on medium heat
  3. Add beaten egg and quickly scramble until cooked and in small particles
  4. Add onion, green pepper, and celery and stir fry for 2 minutes
  5. Add bean sprouts and mixed vegetables and stir fry for an additional minute
  6. Combine soy sauce and bouillon granules and add to pan
  7. Stir in rice and continue to cook until all ingredients are thoroughly warmed. (You can add 1-2 tablespoons of water at this time to help mix)

Meat variation - Add 2 cups cooked, diced chicken
