Vegetable Soup
1 c. Beef broth
1 c. V-8 juice
1 potato, peeled and diced
1 carrot, sliced
1 stalk celery, sliced
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can green beans
1 c. frozen corn
Salt and pepper to taste
Water
In saucepan, combine broth, juice, and all vegetables. Add enough water to cover. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes or until all vegetables are tender. Before serving, season to taste.
