Welcome to my homepage.

I really enjoy working with the students and athletes at MOC-Floyd Valley High School. I work in the Business Department at the high school and teach computer applications classes. It is challenging and a lot of fun teaching high school students how to use some of the more popular software packages. With the 1:1 initiative our high school is implementing and the number of assignments that need to be completed on the computer, students should want to learn as much as they can about software so they can complete their school work as quickly as possible.

I am also the head girl's softball coach at the high school level.

In the Favorite Links section of my page students will find some fun and helpful websites they can use as they work through their high school years.

I graduated from Aurelia High School in Aurelia, Iowa in 1986. After graduating from high school I received my BA degree from Buena Vista College (now BV University) in Storm Lake, Iowa. In 2009 I received my Professional Educators Master's Degree through Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa.

My wife Angie and I have three children, Trey born in 1995, and twin girls Bailie and Delanie born in 2001. Angie is the owner of Headquarters for Hair in Orange City.

I enjoy all sports, especially Iowa Hawkeye athletics, going to the lakes, fishing and spending time with my family. GO HAWKS!!!!
